1. Scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract

By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude the contract. You can initially place our products without obligation into the shopping basket and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer via the goods contained in the shopping basket. Immediately after the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contract language, contract renewal

The languages ​​available for the contract are German and English.
The contract text is not stored by us.

4. Terms of delivery

In addition to the indicated product prices are still shipping costs added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.
We deliver only by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

Payment in advance

The payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal immediately afterwards.

PayPal Plus

As part of the PayPalPlus payment service, we offer various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of PayPal. There you can specify your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instructions to PayPal.Further information can be obtained during the ordering process.

If you have selected the payment type PayPal, you must be registered there and / or register and authenticate with your access data in order to be able to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of payment instructions.

If you have chosen the payment type credit card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company immediately upon confirmation of the payment instructions and after your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder at the request of PayPal and your card will be debited.

If you have selected the payment method direct debit, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. With confirmation of payment instructions, you issue PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit (Prenotification). PayPal submits the payment transaction immediately after submitting the direct debit mandate. The payment transaction is executed and your account is debited.

Pay direct

After submitting the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider paydirekt. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount directly via paydirect, you must have an online banking account enabled for participation in paydirectly, be registered there or register, authenticate with your access data and confirm payment instructions to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
Immediately after the order, we ask for direct payment initiation to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is performed automatically by paydirectly.

6. Transportation damage

If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please report such errors to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The non-compliance of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or the transport insurance

7. Warranty and Guarantees

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in the following, the statutory right of non-liability shall apply.
The limitation period for claims for defects in the case of used goods is one year from delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and deadline reductions do not apply to claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

  • in case of injury to life, body or health,
  • in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraudulent intent,
  • in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible at all and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
  • within the framework of a guarantee promise as far as agreed or
  • as long as the scope of the Product Liability Act is in force.

8. Liability

We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

  • in case of injury to life, body or health,
  • in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
  • in case of warranty, if agreed, or
  • as long as the scope of the Product Liability Act is in force.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, which can only be carried out on the basis of the proper execution of the contract, and which the contractual partner may regularly rely on (the liability of the contractual partner) by slight negligence of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability shall depend on the foreseeable liability Damage that is typically expected to occur. Furthermore, claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated or unwilling to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer-enforcement agency.

10. Protection of minors

If your order includes goods whose age restrictions are subject to sale, we ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age by using a reliable procedure, including a personal identity and age test. The deliverer shall hand over the goods only after the age test has been carried out and only to the purchaser personally.
